Ever notice that everyone is tryin to be japanese lately? Maybe you yourself want to be Japanese. If that's the case, Sunday there is a festival you need to check out.

Sunday July 31st from 10am to 2pm
First Annual
Japanese Music Festival

Central park

The festival will include:
- Local and international performers on the
Shakuhachi, Koto and Shamisen.

- Performances of Honkyoku, Sankyoku, and
Minyo. Solos and duets Traditional and Modern
pieces

-Koto performances by soloists and ensembles

-Traditional Japanese dance

-Four hours of performances absolutely free
in the Middle of Central Park, Manhattan at the Naumburg Bandshell. Starting at 10 am.
